Built by designers and structural biologists
Mission & vision
Mission
Bindlix is building multifunctional AI-designed binders that solve brain delivery challenges and unlock a new generation of Alzheimer’s therapeutics.
Vision
A future where every disease is a design problem — and every biological barrier, a target we can engineer past.
Why we exist
Bindlix exists because the best medicines for the hardest diseases may not exist yet — they have to be designed. Advances in computational protein design now let us engineer binders atom by atom, specifying not just what they bind but which shape of it. We are applying that capability to disease-relevant protein conformers that conventional drug discovery has struggled to address, beginning with Alzheimer’s disease.
We are a small, interdisciplinary team spanning computational design, structural biology, and protein biochemistry, rooted in academic research and building toward therapeutics.
